CSRS understands the importance of quality design, budget sensitivity, and the adherence to schedule milestones. We believe that successful projects are ones that solve the client's problem within the parameters of the budget and schedule. To achieve these goals, CSRS carefully calculates a plan of design and construction activities to guide the team in achieving the program goals. We provide program management services for a wide variety of public and private clients. Our management process is one that involves leadership, consensus-building and expert management of a diverse team of owners, end users, designers, contractors and facility managers to achieve the goals and objectives of the program. CSRS also provides programming and master planning services to assist school districts, cities and municipalities in identifying project needs, developing long-term physical planning and implementing budgets.
